Private Basement with Bar! Great for CWS!

Private basement (Newly rennovated!) with shared kitchen. Our home is on a quiet street, but close to many Omaha attractions. It is a simple drive downtown or to other Omaha hot spots. We will be upstairs and want to be welcoming hosts and want to help make the most of your trip. We love meeting new people through Air BnB even if you’re just driving through or if you are in town for multiple days! Our dog Sully will be around and is very friendly and loves to play! The space The private basement has just been renovated! It includes a bedroom with a Full sized bed, large closet, and dresser. The full bathroom is completely private with a shower. The basement living room has couches, TV with surround sound, Xbox, foosball table, and a brand new wet bar! This spacious basement is perfect for hanging out during the day! Washer and dryer are available for guest use. The shared kitchen has a full range of pots and pans, dishes, and cooking utensils! There is a kitchen island that has seating for five and is a great place for eating! We also have a spacious front deck, back patio and fenced-in backyard complete with a fire pit and fire wood for use. Guest access Our home is your home, just not our bedroom. Along with the private basement and shared kitchen, we have a back patio that is great for campfires. During your stay We love socializing with guests and love meeting people through Air BnB! We will be staying upstairs during your stay, but we will be out of your way as much as possible. The private basement is completely yours during your stay. We want to make sure you enjoy your stay, and we will try to take care of anything you need.
