The space Are you looking for a special and very central apartment? Do you prefer a typical Ligurian accommodation rather than an anonymous accommodation in a 1970s building or a standard hotel? Do you like to meet the host and commune with local life? You're in the right place! Ca' Azzurra is an accommodation of about 40 square meters with a private terrace overlooking the wonderful historic center of Albenga and its famous towers: here you can spend magical evenings in the company of a good glass of Italian wine. Good vibes guaranteed! The ground-clear building where the vacation home is located has a comfortable ground floor bar and a private staircase with three mini accommodations. Ca' Azzurra is located on the top floor. This ensures privacy and a quiet and pleasant reality all day. Functionality and accurate use of the space characterize our home. Being in a historic building with thick walls, the place is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, freezer, induction cooker with two stoves, microwave, dishes and utensils. The bathroom includes a spacious shower, suspended sanitary ware including bidet, hairdryer, and external electric boiler (80 liters). Washing machine service available free of charge upon request for reservations over seven days (service provided and performed by the manager in the private area inside the accommodation). Iron, iron, ironing board, laundry rack available. Safe available on request for a fee. Smaller guests are available - upon request - a high chair, a camping bed with a mattress, sheets, pillow, blankets and finally books and games. The property is close to supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, shops, banks. It is a short walk to the train station (800m) and the bus stop (200m). Apartment suitable for couples and families. Pets are not allowed. Free parking just outside the walls of the pedestrian historic center or private covered parking available for a fee upon request upon availability of the external manager. The price for the stay of 1 or 2 people only includes the use of the double bed. The use of the sofa bed is for stays with 3 or 4 guests. In case of different needs, please contact us. Different uses include a surcharge for laundry costs. It is possible, in case of difficulty arriving at the indicated times and upon request, self check-in with in-person check of the documents. Guest access The accommodation is characterized by two internal stairs and is arranged on 4 micro-levels that make it unique, like all apartments located in the ancient palaces of the Ligurian historic centers. If you're looking for a typical and central place, you're in the right place! The fifty steps to reach it are highly repaid by the central location, with all the services at your fingertips. We recommend light luggage and a wanderlust spirit! The listing is not accessible to people with mobility issues. In case of time/traffic problems, it is possible to self check-in on request, with mandatory document recognition after arrival. Please contact the property in advance. Other things to note 1. The apartment is on the third floor of an ancient building (50 steps), which are not a problem unless you have serious motor problems. 2. The apartment is located in the PEDESTRIAN historic center of Albenga: there are many free parking all around the historic center. It's usually easy to find a place throughout the year, except for the month of August, during which you have to look for a little more, especially during rush hours. If you want to park in a private parking lot indoors and for a fee, it will be our responsibility to point you to the nearest one. 3. We are about 1 km/10 minute walk to the sea. A pleasant walk along a flat tree-lined avenue, full of shops and restaurants will take you directly to the beaches; 4. The apartment overlooks a central street: we do not guarantee crickets at night, but the area is always quite quiet and the ground floor bar offers a daytime service. 5. The City of Albenga requires the payment of a tourist tax generally from 1/04 to 31/10 of each year. The tax is for vacation rentals - subject to municipal changes - at €1.5 per person for the first 5 nights of the night. Children under the age of 12 are excluded. The tax is not included in the total indicated by Airbnb and is to be paid in cash upon arrival or with Satispay. Please check for updates or if you are entitled to particular exemptions on the website of the Municipality of Albenga. Before your arrival, we'll let you know the exact amount to be paid. Please also provide yourself with the RIGHT cash. 6. Long-term stays (over 30 days) are governed by current legislation and will be subject to a surcharge to be quantified for registration with the Revenue Agency (tax). 7. Only guests with an identification document (INCLUDING MINORS) will be checked in. Please note that the tax ID and residence permit are not recognized as documents by the Italian State. 8. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Under no circumstances will unaccompanied minors be hosted. 9. All guests are kindly requested to contact us NO LATER THAN 12:00 P.M. on the day before arrival, so that we can arrange cleaning and check-in and check-out times in our apartments in the best possible way and avoid waiting on both sides. Arrivals are not allowed without notice, as we do not have a reception that is always manned. Communication delays will be managed based on the work already planned. 10. Reservations for two people (including a crib) are for exclusive use of the double bed. If you have need to sleep separately, contact the property in advance. A surcharge will be required. 11. There is no gas in the house: all appliances are powered by electricity. The electric hot water heater is 80 liters. Please do not waste the water. 12. In Albenga, the daily scrubbing of the streets is carried out: kind guests are invited to pay attention to the signs. 13. We care about cleanliness and your comfort: that's why we don't accept pets of any kind in our Ca 'Azzurra and L'Ulivo accommodations.
