Myrtle Village Holiday Home - Tivat, Montenegro

Myrtle Village Holiday Home is situated in hills just above Tivat, in place called Mrčevac (mrča=myrtle). It's ideal for people who like nature, and want to rest in quiet and peaceful place, away from city jam and busy life. The house is in olive grove and has beautiful sea view on Island of Flowers and Island of St. Marco. The water in pipes is pure spring water from the near spring. Tivat center and Porto Montenegro are just 4 km away and Tivat Airport and the nearest beach are 2 km away. The space The entire 76 sq.m house is at your disposal. It has two terraces, front and back one, both with beautiful views. Its great to listen birds singing in early morning. Olive trees are around the house. We actually use the fruits to make the olive oil. There is a small garden near the house and guests are welcome to water it and pick up some fresh seasonal fruits. If you enjoy long walks through wild nature, there is a pedestrian path passing near the house. Guest access The entire 76 sq.m duplex is at your disposal, with two terraces and big yard ehich is actually an olive grove. You are welcome to use barbecue and pick up some seasonal fresh vegetables and fruits from our garden. Other things to note According to the law, tourists visiting Montenegro have to register their stay no later than 24h upon arrival at local Tourism Organisation. Daily tax is 1.00 euro for adults, 0.50 euros for persons from 12-18 years and children younger than 12 years do not pay daily tax.
