Traditional villa, comfortable for a couple or family, located in a small Cretan village named Filippos, only 8km away from the nearest beach of Georgioupolis and Kavros. Two bedrooms, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Provides a private pool, big garden, a BBQ and free parking. In an absolute quiet location in nature where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the lush valley. Suitable for 4 persons. The space The villa is 70sq.m and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, with a large refrigerator and an electric stove with oven and outbreaks. It is equipped with all the necessary electrical and domestic appliances (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, juicer, and teapot). The kitchen communicates with the dining room and a small living room. There are two bedrooms. The first one is consisted of a king size bed, a large wardrobe and its own balcony. The second one has two single beds and a fireplace for nice romantic nights. A large bathroom with bath, closets, shelves and washing machine completes the cozy configuration of the villa. The central balcony is equipped with a comfortable seating where you can enjoy your drink or meal in front of views of the lush valley, while along the horizon you can see the long beach of Georgioupolis. In the surroundings of the villa there is a private pool and a BBQ. The villa is totally made from traditional materials and based on traditional Cretan techniques. Nevertheless it provides all modern amenities and luxury to its visitors. There is a tiny traditional taverna in nearby Maza, about 1.5km away or drop into Vrisses at only 3kms and eat at one of the tavernas with tables under the huge trees by the river. Guest access The villa is your private use only as well as the pool, garden and BBQ. Bed linen, bath & pool towels are provided.
