The "Garda Valtenesi residence" is located just a few minutes from Lake Garda and offers beautiful panoramic views of the lake. There are 11 apartments with a private terrace, a cozy courtyard with atmospheric lighting, and it is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Shops are within walking distance and Salò is just a 10-minute drive away by car. The beautiful pool, spacious open areas, and numerous terraces of the residence offer magical moments of peace and relaxation. The space The apartment is situated on the first floor and comprises a living room with a dining table and chairs, a double pull-out couch, a TV, A/C and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities. The bedroom is accessible from the living room and features a double bed, a wardrobe, and two bedside tables. The bathroom is fully furnished with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. The apartment features a private terrace with a view of the pool. We would like to inform you that, due to our unique location, the Wi-Fi signal only reaches the common areas and is not guaranteed inside the apartments. Guest access At the entrance of the Residence, there is a spacious common courtyard with atmospheric lighting and numerous plants. The extensive swimming pool is surrounded by lush greenery and vineyards and is open during the warmer months from mid-May to mid-September. In addition, the Residence features a children's playground equipped with a slide, swings, a basketball hoop, and a large lawn. Our guests have access to private parking spaces. Furthermore, two sun beds are provided for each apartment. Other things to note Tourist tax of €1 per night per person is not included and should be paid in cash upon arrival.
