For 3 persons, a double and single bed. 500m from Deansgate Manchester Centre, we are Next door to Salford Central Train Station. 12 mins to Manchester Arena. Budget rooms above a pub so it's not the Ritz but it's a great location. Low prices, clean & has the homely atmosphere of a real English Pub Serving craft beers+lagers, ciders, Wines, LGBTQ friendly. Room 1 has a double bed + a single with a wash basin. Note Latest check in is 11pm (23.00 hours). The space Our Clean private bedrooms are on the first and second floor of a traditional English public house. Six rooms share three bathrooms and room 7 has an en suite bathroom. The building is 180 years old and it is not the Ritz, but we try our best to keep it clean and tidy. This historic public house was a watering hole for the longest running TV soap ITV's Coronation Street cast in the 1960's, 70's, and 80's. The WC toilet extension was opened by Stan Ogden. Manchester United's players of the 1960's and 70's used the pub for ‘rest and relaxation' with the likes of George Best & Nobby Stiles regulars. Ask the staff about the stories!! Today it is still a popular Man Utd pub with matches shown on Sky TV & BT Sport. Darts, Pool & dominoes available. Please read the host notes below regarding first floor bedrooms at weekends.
