The space B&B Studio North – Cozy & private studio Our 24 sqm studio features a comfortable boxspring bed with an Emma AirGrid mattress topper for ultimate sleep quality, sofa (not a sofa bed), dining/work table and a kitchenette with a microwave (no stove), fridge, electric kettle, and Nespresso machine for coffee lovers. Enjoy fast, free WiFi, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a toilet and refreshing rain shower. Please note that there is no stove or full cooking setup. This is not by choice – in accordance with regulations set by the City of Amsterdam, accommodations with a private entrance are not allowed to offer full cooking facilities. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to recommend restaurants, takeout or delivery options. Step outside to your own private backyard, where you can relax by the water with a drink and good company. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided. Location Located in a quiet residential area, Lidl supermarket is just around the corner for your essentials. There are paid parking spaces right in front of the studio. Parking costs €1.66 per hour, from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 19:00 hr. On Sundays, parking is free. Please make sure to park within a designated parking bay to avoid fines from the municipality. Payment can be made at the nearby parking meter. 🚭 Non-smoking indoors | No drugs, including cannabis | Cigarette smoking allowed outside – please clean up after yourself. Guest access The studio is located on the ground floor of the house with a private entrance. Other things to note House rules for B&B Studio North 1. No smoking or vaping indoors: our studio is strictly non-smoking, including vapes. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. 2. No drugs: the use or possession of illegal substances, including cannabis, is prohibited on the property. 3. Registered guests only: only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the premises. Inviting unregistered visitors without prior approval may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. 4. No parties or events: to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, parties or events are not allowed. 5. Quiet hours: please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. 6. No pets: we do not accommodate pets to ensure comfort for all guests. 7. Shoe-free home: kindly remove your shoes upon entering to help us maintain a clean space. 8. Maintain cleanliness: we take pride in providing a spotless environment. Before checking out, please leave the studio in a reasonable state. 9. Security deposit: a deposit of up to €250 may be charged in advance. 10. Damages: guests are responsible for any damages.
