This historic property is located close to the River Torrens, a 10 min walk to the Botanic Gardens and a 20 -30 min walk to the City or Adelaide Oval. It is a perfect base to explore local regions and there is offstreet parking for two cars. The property is self-contained, renovated, with a quality kitchen and amenities. The stables have been completely restored and recently renovated to a high standard with beautiful natural light and quality furnishings and fittings.
