It is a compact heritage property ideally suited for couples who are looking for a convenient base for their visit to Adelaide so that they can make the most of the excellent dining and touring in the region. This historic property is located close to the River Torrens, a 10 min walk to the Botanic Gardens and a 20 -30 min walk to the City or Adelaide Oval. It is a perfect base to explore local regions and there is offstreet parking for two cars. The property is self-contained, renovated, with a quality kitchen and amenities. The stables have been completely restored and recently renovated to a high standard with beautiful natural light and quality furnishings and fittings. The kitchen has been kitted out with everything you need so you can enjoy the provisions you acquire from South Australia's vineyards, providores or markets. (Note - there is not a separate dining area in the house so it is not suitable for hosting dinner parties.)
