Condo in Cala Rajada

The apartment is in Cala Rajada, one of the beautiful areas of the island. If you want to enjoy the beach, gastronomy and fun with your partner, friends or children, you have chosen the ideal place, since there are beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters, as well as a first-class gastronomic offer, and a wide range of daytime and nighttime leisure activities, with a multitude of shops, bars and clubs. The space The apartment consists of: living-dining room, kitchen, laundry room, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be put together or separated) and balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, citrus juicer, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery and other kitchen utensils. It has shower and washbasin towels, hairdryer, sheets, duvets and blankets, as well as a washing machine, ironing board and iron. We also provide a crib and high chair for babies if you wish (this service is free for our guests). Other things to note A parking space is available for an additional cost of €5/day. Please note that as of 7/1/2016 in the Balearic Islands we must charge the Tourist Stay Tax (Sustainable Tourism) which, in our case, amounts to €2 per person per day (except for children under 16), and from the 9th day there is a 50% discount. We will collect this charge upon arrival (Check-in) Also at the time of Check-in, the Traveler Registration form must be completed with the details of the Passport or Identity Document. You must also provide the phone number, email and usual home address (of all travelers). In winter, we offer the use of quartz radiators (for the price of €5 per day each) or air conditioning (for the price of €10 per day). In summer, we offer the use of fans (free of charge). The room has air conditioning, which will have an additional cost of €10/day if you wish to use it. A crib and high chair are also available free of charge.
