Our apartment in Gödenstorf, on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath, is centrally located not far from various excursions and activities and is therefore a great starting point for a varied vacation. Thanks to the good infrastructure, you can reach the city centers of Lüneburg and Hamburg within 30 minutes by car. Whether walking, cycling, leisure or nature parks, relaxing, etc. - our beautiful home offers something for everyone! Please also note the information regarding the number of people in the house rules. Our spacious apartment offers space over about 95 m² on two floors. Upstairs there is an open living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchenette including a small dishwasher and Cafissimo capsule machine (alternatively also accessories for manual infusion). In the cozy living room you will find various games and books as well as a TV with a normal cable connection. The large bedroom is equipped with a clothes rail, dresser and a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed. In the bathroom you will find a rain shower and bathtub as well as a washing machine. All rooms described have fly screens and external blinds. A wooden staircase in the hallway (somewhat "steeper" than normal stairs and therefore equipped with step mats) leads to the attic, where the smaller second bedroom with a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed is located. Built-in closets offer plenty of space for clothes. In the study, there is also plenty of space next to a desk with a comfortable chair. Also in the attic there are fly screens and blackout curtains in the two rooms. The apartment is not air-conditioned, but in summer it has two portable fans as well as heat protection awnings on the Velux windows and heat protection films in the attic. Underfloor heating is only in the bathroom. In addition to the apartment, we have a large garden where our guests are also welcome. A small terrace with seating, charcoal grill and parasol is at your disposal. The apartment includes 2 parking spaces right outside the door. Guest access Our guests can reach the apartment via a common hallway, from which a stone staircase leads to the upper floor. Other things to note About the location: In the neighborhood there is a small kindergarten (only one group), a main road and bus stops, so that corresponding noises can be heard. Various shopping opportunities are available in Salzhausen (about 2 km away). The Lüneburg Heath Nature Park is about 12 km away (Sudermühlen), Lüneburg about 25 km, Hamburg about 40 km.
