25 Acres of Serene Lodging in the Country w/ lake

This 9 bedroom 13 bathroom retreat center is located on 25 beautiful acres in Waterloo NE, just mins from Omaha. 5 acre lake. On the Platte River. Walking trails, gazebo & fire pit. Large living room and meeting spaces that overlooks this serene property! **The listed price only includes up to 16 guests. A $15/person charge for each additional guest will apply. Please include # of guests in your inquiry. **Please also read the property section of the listing. The space You would be privately renting the main lodge at an active retreat center where we typically run our business similarly to a small inn or bed & breakfast, and guests check-in to individual bedrooms. This makes it ideal for larger groups to have spaces to gather all together, as well as the space to spread apart. We are typically an adult only retreat center, but do allow children in this listing, since you are renting the whole lodge privately. That said, I do want to note that we are not set up with children in mind. There are 9 bedrooms in the main lodge. 5 with a king bed, 2 with a queen bed, 2 with a full bed. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. The king bedrooms have a full bathroom, and the queen and full rooms have a half bathroom. There are 4 additional bathrooms not connected to bedrooms, 2 are full and 2 are half. There is a full kitchen and huge dining area, which leads to a sunroom with comfortable couches. There is also a large living room (6 couches and 2 large chairs) with a beautiful view of the property. We also have a meeting room with desks and chairs, equipped with an overhead projector for meetings or movie nights. There is a large patio in the back with 3 large picnic tables, outdoor couches, and benches. You can see our large firepit and our prayer labyrinth from the patio. You are only a short walk to the beach on our 5 acre lake, which you could swim, fish or enjoy the kayaks/peddle boats/paddle boards.
