Our 130 m2 house is located on the ground floor and first floor of a 1930s house. With high ceilings, it is pleasant to live in. We have completely renovated it. This is our main house where we live with our 3 children. The accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the SNCF train station. And to get to the city you can pleasantly walk along the Thiou and its landscaped banks. The area is very peaceful. You'll be safe even on foot at night. The space The accommodation is located on the first two floors of the house. The garden in front of the house is private and accessible from the living room and its facilities are at your disposal (barbecue, 2 tables that are not in the photo, garden shed, sandbox and swing for children, 2 hammocks and 2 sun loungers, small garden furniture). Ideally for 8 people. Other tenants occupy the attic studio. On the ground floor: - the kitchen, dining room and living room which form a unique room. - A toilet area with handwasher and double door for privacy. - A master bedroom with en-suite shower. On the first floor: - a games room with a sofa , - one bedroom with a double bed and a sink, - another bedroom with a bunk bed and a sink, - and finally the children's room with a mezzanine (double bed 140) and a 160 pull-out bed downstairs. It is possible to put a baby bed because it is large. She has a firebar to go down from the mezzanine. - bathroom with wc Basement: a washing machine and dryer at your disposal. find our house on Lbc. as well. Guest access Free and very available space on our street/cul-de-sac. no parking inside the property. We always go into town on foot or by bike. Other things to note The stairs do not have child safety gates because we use the upstairs safe when necessary or the small living room bench on the ground floor. You need to know if you have very young children with you! Tenants live on the top floor of the house. You will therefore share the stairwell of the main entrance door and the laundry room in the basement. They have an outdoor space of their own that is behind the house and is totally independent of our garden. So they never pass through our land and there is no visibility of our garden from theirs. So you will feel completely private in our garden. On the other hand, we do not charge for cleaning. It will therefore be your responsibility at the end of the stay.
