Beautiful and large house next to the river in Laviolle

Spend a nice Ardèche break in Laviolle in a large 330 m2 gîte with river, pool, spa and sauna on a large, fully enclosed plot. Between walks, discoveries of the Ardèche heritage and gastronomic gems, you will have a quiet, peaceful and comfortable place to live. The barbecue and petanque court ensure you have a good time together. A comfortable, quiet house where everyone will have their own space thanks to the 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The space The house Le Coulassou is comfortable and fully equipped. Inside you will find a 70 m2 living room/kitchen with a large 4 m long table. Modern decor coexists harmoniously with the authenticity of the building through some country stone walls and a wooden ceiling over 100 years old. A corner with a wood stove will allow you to roast chestnuts or make a small fire just for the pleasure of seeing the flames dance. A secondary entrance houses a foosball table where most players will spend several hours. This space is also made to accommodate jackets, shoes and coats of travelers. When you go upstairs you will find 6 master bedrooms each with its own private shower room with spacious walk-in showers. The beds are modular to offer either double or twin rooms. On the top floor, you will find the only triple bedroom in the house with its private bathroom with walk-in shower as well. If you go down to the garden level, you will cross the laundry area and access the spa and sauna. It is a covered space that can be used all year round with large bay windows. You can also access the garden. The garden offers 4000 m2 of land in "faïsses" (terraces). A long barrier protects the falls in the river that runs along the grounds. Some gates give you direct access to the river. There is also a small "gourd" (water hole) that will delight bathers. The water is deliciously fresh. In the garden you will also find the 9 x 3 m swimming pool with its automatic shutter. Guest access The house is on a small Ardèche road with little traffic. You can walk in the chestnut groves without taking your vehicle.
