Royal Resort is a mini villas hotel, located in calm anf quiet place, Across to the beach close to the bus and railway station Weligama. It is arround 800m to the main super maket, where you can all your groceries. We are in 5 min tuk tuk ride from the weligama train bus station . You can see here monkeys, ornamental fish, squirrels and our house is surrounding by trees and the native fauna. The space Our home is spacious for up to four people. We have two bedrooms, two attached bathroom, open balcony, out door tables and equipped kitchen. We also have free wi-fi, hot water, laundry service that is available to use it. The rooms are air conditioned and without. Please note the AC comes at a price of 5 dollars per night. If you need to use it.We have fans in every room and the windows. There is beautiful yard with and under cover porch where you can relax before and after a day of surf and sun Guest access All rooms are available free wi-fi in the our home. Also we have , refrigerator, hot water shower, iron and all kitchen appliances. Other things to note *Cleaning done once every two days in the rooms. *lock the door property before when you left to room. *on leaving the room we are appreciated of you can you switch off the AC, ceiling fans, and light bulbs as we can save valuable energy. *Damage to the property will be charged.
