At Warmoes, a historic nursery, you can stay in the former nursery house. The house is attractively decorated in 50s-60s style but with the comfort of today. The house is part of our historic market gardening company with a high-stem orchard, flower garden, greenhouses and cultivation boxes. It is a small green oasis in the new construction of Lent; now a new district of Nijmegen. We have a garden café with cake and lunch dishes of vegetables and fruits from our own garden (see www.dewarmoes.nl). The space There is a kitchen, spacious living room, utility room, toilets, upstairs and downstairs, bathroom with bath and shower, 3 nice bedrooms, and a plot of 1 hectare with historic orchard, historic greenhouse, growing boxes and a garden café (opening hours see www.dewarmoes.nl) In the house there is internet TV, combi microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and if desired a camping bed for small children. Bed linen, towels and tea towels for kitchen and towels for shower/bath are provided. Guest access Our garden center is, as it were, your backyard. At the house there is a picnic bench, there is not really a demarcated backyard or anything. Outside opening hours, you have the large orchard to yourself and you can picnic or eat under the trees. In consultation, you can harvest your own fruits and vegetables (for a fee).
