The Barn Studio Private Annex

SELF CATERING RURAL RETREAT…. You will be our only guests in the Barn Room Conversion. The Barn studio is situated next to the Main Farm House so you are completely private to come and go as you wish. We have an outdoor seating area opposite the Studio We provide Tea, coffee, sugar milk. My Farm is close to Eden Project, Lanhydrock House, Bocconoc Country Estate, Looe, Polperro, Fowey, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charles town, Mevagissey, Lerryn, Bodmin Moor, Port Issac The space SELF CATERING LOVELY ANNEX Our Barn studio is a lovely space to stay while exploring the area. Light spacious and cosy. Cool in the summer toasty warm in the winter with central heating. We have a kitchen area with induction hob cooker extractor fan fridge kitchen bar to eat your meals or catch up on some remote work. ( We have wifi ) A seating area to watch tv after a busy day read a book and chill or watch tv from the bed it is on a movable arm. The bed linen is cotton with a super soft duvet and feather pillows on a king size very comfy bed. The velux windows are remote control with black out blinds if you wish or you can keep them open and go to sleep watching the stars. Also for your privacy we have blinds on all the windows. The shower room has a heated towel rail. We provide towels for you. We have no near neighbours so it is peacefully quiet apart from the birds singing. We provide tea coffee sugar milk. You can park your car in the car port next to your accommodation.. You are welcome to bring one loved behaved doggy for free!! just message when booking if you wish to do so, PLEASE NOTE YOUR DOGGY CANNOT BE LEFT IN THE ANNEX UNATTENDED.( I have had guests ask when they arrive if they can leave as well behaved etc. So to save any embarrassment on both sides your doggies must to be with you at all times ) ( Due to barns full of straw and hay we are a completely non smoking property even outside. You can smoke at the top of our driveway, thank you ) WE DO NOT have a EVSE to charge electric cars and sorry but cannot permit cars to be charged with extension leads I can how ever send you a list of local EVSE charging stations if required. Other things to note Although we are rural we are just off the A390. So very central for the Eden project, Heligan gardens, Bocconoc House, Lanhydrock house, and many more attractions. We do have wifi.
