Next to a shaded terrace and a table for 8 people near the pool. there is a heated pool 12 m × 5 m and 8 deckchairs with their cushions and parasols. the land is 5000 m2 of greenery fully fenced and there is an electric gate and numerous parking spots. All linens are provided at no extra cost: sheets. Bath towels, hand towels in bathrooms, bath mats. pool bath towel. Tea towels in both kitchens. the property is rented only by you, it will not be shared. Check-in and check-out cleaning are included in the price, if however you need an intermediate cleaning or a change of sheets this is possible but it will be at your expense. Guest access All amenities are available to tenants. The property is reserved only for the family who rented it and for their sole use. Other things to note We are available by phone, text or email and we remain at your disposal for any information or concerns As specified in the rental settings, we require a deposit of 500 euro that we return at the end of the stay if no damage has been inflicted on the house, pool, furniture and appliances.
