Well appointed kitchen, flat screen TV, selection of DVD's & books. Close to local swimming pool and tennis courts, 5 mins to town center. Great Golf course just (10min) drive which has a view of Lake Te Anau, hire clubs available.The owner uses the back section to store his boat please allow access when parking. The space Large section, plenty of room to play off street parking, enough for a boat, tree lined section in a older quieter part of town. The large back section is shared with the owner for his boat storage so please avoid blocking boat off. The garage downstairs is accessed only by the owner. Guest access The whole house, all rooms upstairs and downstairs, except the garage. Other things to note Please leave all dishes cleaned and put away as they are when you arrive. No shoes inside please.
