Located in the Historic Old Colorado City/Westside area, this house was built in 1894 and with our love for the history and desire to keep the integrity of the house, we have renovated it keeping quality and craftsmanship our main priority! Right in the heart of O.C.C., it is a great location spacious enough to accommodate small families, friend gatherings, business travelers, and couples as you relax and explore everything this area has to offer. Guest access You'll have access to whole house, front and back yard. Other things to note The yard is fully fenced in and there is a patio with table and chairs, BBQ grill and fire pit in the back yard. We do not always have wood on the property so please plan to purchase some from Safeway which is less than a half mile away. There is a designated parking spot in back with alley access. Or, you can park freely out front on the street. The keyless entry is on the back/side door leading into a heated mud room. Please enter and re-enter here to help keep mud and dirt out of the main spaces. The original furnace is in the living room so this house may not be suitable for small children from Fall to Spring.
