The bed opens onto the living room, it looks like a sofa bed but it is a very comfortable double bed, with a memory mattress of the kind used on yachts. The terrace towards the sea overlooks the garden, in a very quiet area, and the view of Tavolara is unique and wonderful. The apartment includes a covered terrace, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an induction stove, and an oven. Garden and condominium lawn.
