The house offers three ensuite bedrooms with private baths, tv and closets for privacy. The outdoor kitchen, shower, tiki and living area is spectacular. Quiet mid island home. Away from all of the hustle bustle. Publix a block away, you can easily walk. Full access to entire home and yard. Only exceptions are two locked closets, one on garage level, one in master bath. (There is still a large full walk in closet in master with tons of drawer space as well.) I like to give my guests privacy and space. I am usually not far away, I also have a caretaker "Dan" and a handy man "Jay" that are both on the island in case something unforeseen should arise. I am ALWAYS available to my guests for any questions, concerns, recommendations, by phone, text or email. There is space for at least 4 cars. There is a northbound trolley stop on corner steps from the house. Southbound just across the street. It is .75 cents to ride. Three day, weekly and monthly passes also available.
