Serene studio close to hospital

Lower level studio room with 3/4 bath down the hall. The shower is shared with an upstairs tenant. Front entrance leads directly to stairs to lower level. Close to hospital, downtown. Two bus stops within walking disdance, one for CSU and downtown and one for Walmart shopping area. I live upstairs with my two cats, Maya and Rusty Rose. They are friendly, but NOT supposed to go in the basement. The space Small kitchen with fridge, microwave/convection oven. hot plate and toaster oven and some dishes provided. Large egress window gives plenty of light and fresh air. Guest access Enter through main front door, and down a flight of stairs to a hallway. Studio is to the left, bathroom is to the right. During your stay I'm often available and would be pleased to recommend activities, restaurants and other places to go around town.
