Villa Emmanuela was the dream project of my grandfather -- a rustic home where friends and family could gather in happiness. This three story villa is located on a 2.5 acre property just outside the quaint fishing village of Neos Pirgos. Surrounded by hills and olive trees, the property includes a vineyard, organic garden, and a gazebo overlooking two charming ponds. Walking distance from the beach, Villa Emmanuela is the perfect place for family and friends to relax and enjoy vacations. The space The house has three stories: the first floor contains the garage and "taverna." The second floor has a large kitchen, lower/upper living room, and dining room. The top floor contains the master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, three subsequent rooms, and front/back balconies. Two of those rooms are singles, and one has a queen bed. Each floor includes a bathroom and shower. Guest access Plenty of space for cars. The beach around 15 minutes walking distance from the house. There are mini markets throughout the village.
