Cozy little home in charming little village

Cozy little apartment on a quiet street. The village is located on the banks of Sarthe with its small port, lock and guinguette! The property has many amenities. it's independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, the fiber just arrived in our small town 😉 It's my pleasure to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd, Melba 🐶 The space The accommodation is 200 m from the Sarthe, very close to the bakery and the tobacco bar. An open-air café is set up on the banks of the Sarthe from the beginning of May to mid-September 🙂 Other things to note self check-in with a key box system.
