Joris the chef, perfectionist, already has a well-defined vision of cooking. Paul, who trained as a pastry chef, applies his know-how within the company. On the menu side, you will find a formula around €32 with starter, main course, cheese, and desserts. A menu that constantly evolves with seasonal products, in connection with our local producers. As for the dining room, Christelle has been welcoming you with a smile for 29 years. Corentin, the eldest of the family, after a professional bachelor's degree obtained at the hotel school of Thonon-les-Bains, followed by training at the Suze-la-Rousse Wine University, introduces you to a wine list with his favorites. Labeled Bistrot de Pays, we attach importance to sharing and conviviality. It is in this spirit that we organize concerts around our summer bar. The goal is to keep the calm side of our establishment, but all while keeping moments of dynamism and conviviality.
