The space The apartment is a fully self -contained space. It is thoughtfully and newly renovated in a contemporary style. The living room and kitchen is a large open space. The kitchen contains a oven and cook top (no portable gas stoves allowed) with a hidden fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven. There is a separate bathroom with a shower (no bath) with fully contained hidden laundry facilities (washing machine/dryer). The master bedroom contains a comfortable queen size bed, with a view to a private garden through the French doors. There is a separate dressing room which contains mirror wardrobes with push-to-open doors.. The apartment is on the lower ground level and the owners live upstairs. Facilities include: Smart TV, WI-FI, heating/air conditioner, electric blankets. The total experience of this apartment is very stylish and comfortable. Guest access Access from the street is a short walk down the driveway, turning left along a sloping path which leads to a simple opening wooden gate, then to the glass entrance door of the apartment. The security access code will be made available to you before you arrive. Off-street parking is available at the top of the driveway, also there is free parking in the street. Sorry, the apartment is not wheelchair friendly. Other things to note We expect all areas and equipment to be left as found. Accidents do happen and we appreciate being notified when they do.
