Our home offers a great base for families to explore London. Good transport links (tube/train close by and A4/M4) make it easy to get about. Closer to home are a canal, pubs, green space and playground, all very nearby. The house has a large, open plan kitchen/diner with bifold doors opening onto the garden. The house is well set up for babies/toddlers and children with highchairs, stairgates, toys, plastic crockery, bath mat etc. We love our home and really hope guests will too. The space Our 1930s semi detached house is located on a quiet residential street in a friendly community. It is a newly renovated and extended family home, perfect for young families and couples alike. We prefer to host family groups. Downstairs there is a comfortable living room with seating for eight, including a double sofa bed. The kitchen diner is a large, open plan space with all mod cons (washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, double oven, nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge/freezer). It has a large table which can seat 8 people. The bifold doors open onto the garden with a decked area for barbecuing and dining, as well as artificial grass, perfect for children. There is a downstairs toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one has a cabin bed, the other a two singles that can also be made into a double. In addition there is a small office (available by prior arrangement). This floor also has a family bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and sink. In the newly completed loft conversion, there is a large king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Guest access Guests will be able to access all areas of the house and garden, except the garden shed and the office (unless by prior arrangement). Other things to note We do not host groups of friends or parties. Parking is free on our street at the weekend and during the week except between 9-10am and 2-3pm. We can organise visitor parking permits for these times if required. There is free parking available on the street opposite our house.
