We are a Latino couple who are adventurous in life! We enjoy the diversity of the many cultures of the world, and we adore nature! In our home, you will find decorative souvenirs and memories from our trips. Our house has 4 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. Our rooms are not always booking! Usually, there are 1-2 people staying with us. Flowers Guest Room! Located at the front of the hallway, it's perfect for you to relax and sleep. The room is 150 sq ft, with an orthopedic queen bed mattress that includes a mattress protector, one window with a beautiful garden view, and a closet. There is also a smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), a workspace with a desk and comfortable chair, and lots of plants. You can enjoy the sun in the outdoor garden patio for breakfast or dinner. Note: Please ensure that your booking is for one person only. If you wish to add another person, there will be an extra charge. Our guests are welcome to enjoy the shared areas of the house, which include the living room, dining table, bathroom, laundry facilities, and the patio garden. Easy walking trails, eucalyptus groves, a play structure, picnic table and lovely view of the San Francisco Bay. All walking distance: *Bus stop two block ( it’s for a Local) *Contra Costa Collage. *Collage Center ( local shopping!! Supermarket, Starbucks, Restaurants,,,,,,,,) Public transportación options: *A 10 min drive to the Bart ( Richmond station ) * 38 min drive to Downtown SF ( traffic permitting) * 20 min drive UC Berkeley *35 min drive Oakland airport Please remember: - No overnight or day guests. - I would appreciate it if you could remove your shoes. - Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. - Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. If you arrive late, please let me know. - Please avoid showering from 11 pm to 6:00 am (we are flexible for workers). - Keep the keys with you during your stay. When you check out, please leave the keys in lockbox - No smoking or recreational drug use of any kind is allowed indoors; however, it is permitted outdoors. - Please don't forget to turn off the fan, heater, and lights when you leave your room. Thank you for helping us conserve energy! Laundry: 🧺 If you are staying for 4 days or less, you can use the laundry facilities one time for one load of laundry. 🧺The laundry facilities can be used from 6:00am to 3 pm. Please use your own laundry soap, as we do not provide any laundry supplies. Thank you for understanding. Trash & Recycling: There are three containers: *The blue one is for recycling, *The brown one is for garbage. *The green bin is for compost. When your trash is full, please take it to the large brown container outside (located on the right side of the garage door). Thank you.
