This is the top floor of the house with a balcony overlooking the Black See from Cape Kaliakra to Cape Emine. 5 bedroom flat (2 available for guests) with panoramic sea view. The house is 10 minutes walk form the sea and most of the restaurants. The location is very central on a very quiet cul-de-sac road. The space This clean and simple flat is part of our cosy family house which we built in 1990. It stands in an elevated position overlooking Balchik bay with stunning, uninterrupted views of the Black sea from Cape Kaliakra to Cape Emine. It is only a ten minute walk below you to the sandy beaches and promenade offering a host of restaurants and bars to relax, unwind and let the incredible views refresh you. Shops and amenities are also five minutes from the house should you require anything else during your stay. Guest access There are 2 shower/bathroom on the floor. The lounge with kitchen is spacious and tidy. During your stay Your own door keys will be provided to help you come and go as you please, and unless you need any help or advice interaction will be minimal for you to relax and enjoy your stay. Other things to note You can reach Balchik bar a bus from Varna Airport. A taxi form Balchik bus station will be about €3-4 or the walk will be 10 minutes.
