The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers. The space It is a 80 square meter apartment with a large bedroom which is a proper room and separated from the large living room with a king size sleeper sofa and a dining area. The bathroom has a bathtub/ shower. Beds will be ready upon your arrival. You do not have to bring sheets or towels. The living room and the bedroom both have their own access to a big terrace with a little grassy area next to it. With the apartment comes a parking space in front of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped for for preparing and having meals for four. A washing machine and dryer are available for our guests as well. Guests are of course invited to use the sauna which also has a bathroom with shower and WC. Guest access You will your separate entrance to the apartment with your own doorbell and keys which we will provide for you at your arrival.
