The cottage is located on 2 acres and only 4.5 miles to downtown Boulder. CORONOVIRUS INFO: The cottage is professionally cleaned with appropriate disinfectants (Lysol and Chlorox) and comforts and bedspreads (as well as obviously sheets, towels, bath mats) are all clean. There is enough toilet paper for your stay! :) The hot tub is safe to use and the chlorine levels are checked regularly. The space Enjoy my beautiful one-bedroom furnished cottage (approximately 500 sq feet) on my 2 acres in a Boulder, Colorado. There is a small living room with gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings. Small kitchen and bathroom and bedroom with vaulted ceiling and skylight that allows views of the night stars from the queen-size bed. While you are renting the cottage only, I'm happy to have you enjoy the property. Enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or coffee in the morning in the flower garden with a water feature by the field with a hot tub nearby. Enjoy the treehouse and a seasonal creek with a swing to feel young again. I occasionally have friends and family over and do my best to accommodate my Airbnb guests and their specific needs if they give me notice. I live in the main house, a small farmhouse, you see immediately to the right after you drive across a small bridge to get on the property. The cottage is located a little over 500 feet away from the house back by a silo towards the back of the property. The location is ideal because it's only 10 minutes by car to downtown Pearl Street and 25 minutes to downtown Denver. Rocky Mountain National Park is about 30 miles awy. There's a hiking/biking trail right across the street from my property. You can ride this path to downtown and Pearl Street and many other areas in Boulder as well. Overall, an ideal place to stay while you're exploring the city of Boulder or working here temporarily. Looking forward to hosting you! Other things to note I'm on a well and septic system. Please do not use the garbage disposal. Nothing other than toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet (this includes "flushable" items like feminine products or wipes.
