The space The 450 m2 (about 4843 sq ft) villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor, at the entrance, there is a big entrance room where, on your right there is a double sitting living room with a fireplace and TV, sprawling sofas, a library well stocked with books and magazines, a DVD player and Persian carpet. To your left you walk down 2 stairs and walk along a hallway where, on your right, there is a big laundry with washing machine, there is a bedroom that can have either a double bed or two separate beds. In front of the bedroom a red painted full bathroom with a big shower, after few steps a smaller living room with a comfortable sofa/bed and a dining room with beautiful antique buffets. 3 stairs down there is a huge dining room with fireplace and a kitchen very well equipped with dish washer, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle the kitchen opens directly on to the out door eating area allowing for “al fresco” dining overlooking a romantic Tuscan landscape. Upstairs you will find 4 double bedrooms of which one is a real suite with a nice living room with a sprawling sofa, fireplace, TV opening directly to a balcony looking on a beautiful panorama, and an inside full equipped huge bathroom . The other 3 bedrooms have their private bathroom and one of the 3 is a twin bed one. Each bedroom has air conditioning and ceiling fans. Everything in the house is very functional but at the same time the owner has furnished the house with beautiful art and antiques. Every room is painted with a different color and it has also been carefully made children friendly. The outdoor is equipped with dining tables in 2 different levels - one for dinner and one – in front of the private swimming pool – for lunch under a shaded roofing. The wood behind the house is giving shade and the sun is shining from 10,30 to 8pm where you can admire the sunset under the hills. All bedrooms have inside closets. There is a hair dryer on each bathroom. Dogs and cats are allowed with additional € 8,00 per day There is also a laundry room available to guests, equipped with a sink, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
