The apartment is on one level and has three bedrooms: one with a small double bed, two with two single beds each. The living and dining areas are spacious and lead onto a partly covered terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There is a large full bathroom and a guest WC. The outdoor area includes a shared swimming pool with a sun terrace and a barbecue area in the garden. One parking space is available per unit. The space Pedra Mansa is a small, lovingly managed holiday estate, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere for all guests. To ensure this, we kindly ask that a few basic house rules are respected. A printed copy is available inside the apartment and should be read after arrival. Other things to note 📌 Important Information • Bathroom towels are provided. For use at the pool or the beach, please bring your own beach towels. The apartment towels are not intended for outdoor use. • The maximum number of guests is limited to the number stated and registered at the time of booking. Additional guests are not allowed. No gatherings or visitors are permitted at Pedra Mansa – neither during the day nor overnight. • A local tourist tax of €2 per person per night applies. • On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m., as cleaning is scheduled before new guests arrive.
