Welcome to Ga-Pa, in the quiet district of Burgrain. Pet-free, non-smoking household! You book a room with 2 single beds that can be pushed together. Extra bed possible! 155-inch TV Shared kitchen! Your bathroom is right next to the guest room and is shared with the guests of room 3. Complimentary coffee and tea. Bus stop 150 m Pizzeria 500 m, supermarkets 1 km, city 2.3 km, Eibsee/Zugspitze 13 km away, Partnachklamm 6.3 km away. Hiking trails at the front door. The space I offer a total of 5 guest rooms. Three guest rooms are located on the first floor, two in the basement. If you click on my profile photo, you can see my other rooms. Also an apartment in Ga-Pa and an apartment in Tenerife. Right next to the guest room is the bathroom, which you share with the guests of a second room, i.e. for up to 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with an extra-wide bathtub with an integrated shower, toilet and window. Towels, a hairdryer, shampoo and various personal care products are also provided. Please leave the bathroom clean and dry, just as you would like to find it yourself. In the hallway on the first floor there is a large refrigerator in which I have prepared a free compartment for you. There is also a microwave at your disposal. The shared kitchen is located in the basement. Small dishes can be prepared there, but please no 3-course menus, as the kitchen is available to all 5 guests. The kitchen may be used from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm! Please put the used dishes in the dishwasher and leave everything as clean as it was found. No rinsed dishes may be left on the work surface, the garbage must be disposed of in the garbage cans in the yard. Every guest is happy about a tidy kitchen. In your room there is a Senseo coffee machine and a kettle ready for you, where you can make coffee or tea for free. Sufficient dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc. are available for use. Outside there is a cozy swing, as well as a comfortable bench to linger. Guest access Parking your car: - Free and public in Hirschbichlstraße and the side streets - please observe the traffic rules and do not obstruct entrances and exits. ON REQUEST ONLY: Private, covered and paid car garage space for €15 / 24h/day/night in the left garage closed to the street. Unguarded - therefore no liability for theft, burglary or damage. Other things to note In Garmisch-Partenkirchen, a tourist tax of €3 per person per night is charged. There are some discounts for this, such as free bus rides or discounted tickets. The visitor's tax is mandatory for every guest, without exception! It must be registered online immediately after booking and paid in advance. If you do not agree, please do not book!
