Our house is located in the center of Xinying district, Tainan. We welcome people who need a place to stay or work for long term. The space There are 2 room with 2 double beds, one spacious living room and 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom . You can appreciate the sunrise from Central mountains at the top floor without any obstacle. Our house is located in the center of the town, 5 minutes walking to the the government office, culture center and park, 10 minutes walking to Carrefour, sports park. There are many breakfast shops, restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Guest access Elevator, top floor for sunrise. Other things to note No smoking in the house. If you do, please pay for the cleaning of air conditioner and furniture. Please keep clean and quiet. If you mess up the space, we will charge extra cleaning fee. This building is a private house. Please don't walk around in the building except appreciating the sunrise/sunset at the top floor.
