Truly Unique & Serene Guesthouse in Brockton

Unique it is. A lovely detached guesthouse with a private garden, offering serenity, total privacy and all amenities a traveler may need after a good day/night of exploring our beautiful city. Ultimately, the best aspect and privilege of the guesthouse is that it is fully detached. You would not hear steps or any sounds from your neighbours and neither would they. The guesthouse is well equipped for long term stays and we have had many guests happily staying for months on at the time. The space There is a queen size bed with all necessary linens. A comfy couch to snug and watch a movie or read a book from our eclectic collection. Bathroom has a walk in rain shower, heated floors, and includes everything you will need to feel fresh after or before exploring our wonderful city. Of course, plush bath, hand and wash towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped (full size stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher), Lagostina commercial grade cookware, dishes and glassware, coffee, variety of teas, spices, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. For long term stays, the in-suite washer/dryer and Dyson cordless vacuum come in really handy. Other things to note Parking is available on the street in front of the house by temporary street parking permit from the City of Toronto for $33.51 CAD + HST per week. The permit allows you to park anywhere on residential streets in our permit area (south of Bloor St. all the way down to the lake and west of Dufferin St. to High Park).
