Ladder to loft is very steep so may not be a good fit for families with very small children. Fairplay is a small western mountain town and can be very quiet. It is located 30 minutes to Breckenridge. The space Our guests love staying in a quaint cabin in a small mountain town. If you want more restaurants and shops, Breckenridge is 30 minutes away. There is a rec center in town and a nearby path to the local lake. Fairplay also has one of the most unique museums which opens in the warmer months called South Park City.
