Unique Mediterranean-style cottage

Architect-designed 80 sq m high-ceilinged and very bright and stylish bungalow full of atmosphere! You will feel like staying in a summerhouse - only it's right outside Copenhagen in the exclusive district of Hellerup very close to the sea/beach. Electricity will be charged at DKK 3 per kilowatt hour. No charge for water consumption. The space The house consists of one very big, open room (combined living/dining room & kitchen) and a bed loft with a double bed, a separate bathroom (with a bathtub & heated floor) and a small entrance hall. Lovely, completely secluded and well-planted garden behind the house with a big south-facing terrace and several undisturbed corners and areas equipped with garden furniture. A smaller front garden with a greenhouse. A yard in front of the house with private parking. Also, I am in the process of installing a nice, secluded bedroom space for 1-2 persons in one of my annexes. Will be available in the coming spring/summer (May). Guest access Equipment/accessories: THE HOUSE: Oven, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer & all kinds of kitchen utensils. Washing machine & tumbler. New double bed (200 (l) x 140 (b) cm) with a very good mattress. 32'' flatscreen TV with Netflix. Wireless network (wifi). Wood burner. There is in fact room for a baby or small child as well (if s/he could sleep either on the couch or on a separate matress in the bed loft). I am also in the process of installing an extra bed (or two) in one of my annexes in the garden. Will be available in the spring/summer of 2026 (May). Bed linen, towels, dish towels, soap, toilet paper, cleaning materials, etc. will be available free of charge. THE GARDEN: Weber barbecue, lots of garden furniture & cushions/bolsters. The garden is totally safe/closed for dogs to be in. No escape possibilities! Other things to note Please ask any questions you might have, and I'll do my best to answer them andaccommodate your wishes/needs. You can reach me by cell phone at all times. The will be an extra charge of DKK 3 per kWh of electricity consumed. No charge for water consumption.
