Ideally located in the heart of the historic center! Enjoy a prime location to discover the city on foot: cobbled streets, exceptional heritage, restaurants, shops and markets are at your doorstep. A real break to the rhythm of local life, without the constraints of the car! Our 69 m² gîte can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of: 🛏️ Two bedrooms with a 160 cm double bed and 2 90 cm beds (quality bedding, beds made on arrival) 🛋️ A warm and bright living room 🍽️ A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, etc.) 🚿 A modern bathroom with shower 🧺 A washing machine 📶 Free Wi-Fi connection 🧼 Towels provided, welcome products, end-of-stay cleaning included. Everything is designed to make you feel at home! Our gîte is conveniently located in the heart of the historic center. To ensure you enjoy your stay to the fullest without worrying about parking, we provide a private garage; just for you. 😊 Secure private parking is close to the cottage. All information will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. Guest access Dinan has many pedestrian streets during the holidays, especially between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., which can complicate access to the gîte center depending on the time. But don't panic! For a serene arrival, A simple and clear itinerary will be provided to easily access the gite by car to drop off your luggage. 🚗 Just follow the route I'll send you: it bypasses the pedestrian streets and allows you to arrive safely without stress. 🧳 Once the luggage has been dropped off, you can park near the gîte.
