Private studio. Welcome to your home away from home! We have a cozy one story home in the heart of the world’s most famous beach, which is located a short 1/2 mile from shopping plaza’s, and less than 4 miles from the beach. For all you Race Week and Bike Week fans: We are less than 6 miles from both the Speedway, and Main Street. *View of water can be seen from back yard, directly from guest room. 3.9 miles from Beach 5.9 miles from airport 0.5 miles from shopping center (Publix and Cvs) The space Private studio. Guests will now have their own privacy. Guests will have a room with private entrance and exit completely cut off from the rest of the house for more privacy which includes their own bathroom and shower. Guest access I live on property and aim to make your stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. You will be renting a private studio that comes with your own private access to my home as well as your own bedroom with Queen sized bed, and private bathroom. The suite has a Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea provided, a mini fridge, and microwave. If there is anything else you need during your stay I will do my very best to accommodate you. Other things to note We do have a very loving and friendly 6 year old hound dog named Baxter, a 3 year old hound named Jazzy, and a 1 year old hound mix named Baloo. Guests have nothing to worry about if they have allergies or are afraid of dogs because that room has been sealed off from the inside. It's completely separate from the house and the dogs have no access. However, the fenced yards are adjoining and you may see the dogs playing in the yard from time to time. ***Do not reach over the fence to pet or feed them.****
