All equipped with the corresponding bedding. Each room has its built-in closet and ventilation window to the building's interior patios. 1 full bathroom and 1 separate toilet, with towels and rolls of toilet paper. A large, bright living room with views to the outside, furnished with a sofa, coffee table, dining table with six chairs, 1 library cabinet with HD TV, and a ceiling fan. 1 large kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, blender, coffee maker and complete kitchenware for cooking and eating, with a service table and two chairs. 2 interior patios. 1 with access through the kitchen, with a washing machine and sink, clotheslines, and a hot water heater for the kitchen and bathrooms. The larger one, decorated with local plants, has a small table and two armchairs and is accessed through the double bedroom. The apartment is not hot in summer, and in winter it is equipped with the corresponding electric radiators in case they are ever needed. There is an underground public parking lot in a very nearby area, although parking on the streets is not difficult and there is no time limit. We highlight a popular supermarket very close by and the municipal market Carolinas, or the Central (further away) with fruits, vegetables, meats and fresh fish from our coast. A 5-minute walk away is the “Plaza Mar 2” shopping mall, a large area with supermarkets, various internationally prestigious shops, restaurants, several movie theaters, and other leisure activities.
