The house is located 22 km from Florence, in front of the Castle of Nipozzano in a very nice area for walking and mountain biking. The bus (for bus stop 1,5 km) brings you directly to Florence or to the train station (20 minutes to reach Florence by train). The airport is about 1 hour far. The space What makes my house special, apart from the house itself, realized in a 1889 hayloft, is the location: no modern buildings all around and wonderful views. Only beautiful old farms and country side. The pool is not shared. We rent only one house. The house is first cleaned and sanitized with disinfectants such as chlorine and alcool and then treated with a machine with ozone between one guest and another. The water of the pool is tested every day to guarantee safety against Coronavirus. At the Castle of Nipozzano (a 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes drive from the house) you can have wine tastes. 14 kms from the house you can find the famous The Mall where you can find shops of Valentino, Prada, Gucci, Ferragamo, Tod's etc. In Pontassieve there are many grocery stores, pharmacy etc. Guest access The house has got its own private 3000 square meters garden, fenced, with olive trees, oaks and fruit trees. In the garden is located the 12x6 meters swimming pool with whirlpool on the stairs and counter flow swim. In the garden, with independent entrance, you will be able to park your car.
