The space The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. It has small kitchen, bathroom, and dining room. Guests will be provided with clean towels, bed sheets, cooking essentials and toiletries. There is a 55in smart TV and a washing machine, AC and a powerful storage heater to keep you warm in winter. Guest access Guests have complete access to all the amenities and spaces of the rental property. There is a lock-box for the key and guests will be provided with the password before their arrival. The apartment has double door and guest will get both keys. There is a gate with a passcode downstairs, and also the main gate of the building that is locked during the night. Guests will be provided with all necessary passcodes. PARKING There is a public paid parking at 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The daily price is 17 euros, but they have discounts for 3-day parking and weekly parking. It's open 24/7. Other things to note FAQs Do you allow pets? Yes, we allow pets (and love them). Guests must make sure to clean after their pets and also respect the house rules. In case of any damage (which rarely happens), the guest will be charged additionally, according to the damage made. Early check in/late check out? Please reach out to us the day before your arrival as the cleaning team's schedule is not firmed up until then. At that time, we can let you know if we can accommodate an early check-in. Same goes with late check-out —inquire the day before you are scheduled to depart.
