The apartment is located in the 1st floor of the Fonda Apartments Koper, a typical old town house, renovated in 2018, at one of the main promenade streets. It includes a small terrace and offers a great starting point for a walk near the sea, swimming at the city beach or a walk down the famous streets of the historic Koper old city centre. At the same time, simple and practical access to the accommodation is ensured, offering guests a free parking space in the nearby parking garage. The space The apartment Green Garden measuring 59m2 includes a small terrace. It can host from 4 to up to 5 guests. It has 2 bright and spacious double rooms with two double beds, two desks or dressing tables, and two spacious wardrobes. At the guest’s request, a baby bed can also be placed in the room. In one bedroom, there is a couch which can be unfolded into a sprung single bed. The kitchen niche in the living room has modern equipment (a glass ceramic stove top, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, an electric kettle, quality cutlery and utensils for cooking and serving food and beverages). Kitchen linens (table cloths and tea towels) are also available to our guests. The bathroom with toilet is equipped with a shower bath, an electric heated towel rail, a hairdryer, and hand and bath towels. The apartment has cable TV, security safe, free access to Wi-Fi, and an individually adjustable heating and cooling system via air conditioning. Guests will also appreciate small tokens of attention, especially slippers, board games, and the most basic personal care products and accessories. Guest access The guests can use the entire apartment with a terrace. The apartment has its own entrance and 1 free parking space in the nearby underground parking garage. Other things to note On arrival, the guest must pay the tourist tax directly to the host. Tourist tax is 2 EUR / adult / night (children from 7-18 years pay a 50% lower fee).
