My place is close to public transport and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoors spaces. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The space 2nd Floor includes the following: Note: This Floor has 3 rooms besides the kitchen and bathroom. 2 of the rooms (RM1: Queen, RM2: Queen, Q Sofa bed) are setup mainly as Bedrooms and the 3rd room can be used as a living room area or setup with up as a bedroom. This room has a Queen size, Murphy (wall) bed. * 3 Queen Size Beds with lots of pillows and clean sheets * 1 Queen Size 'pull out' sofa bed * Concrete Wall Double Person Shower * Old Fashion Claw foot tub * Free WiFi accessible around the entire house * Xfinity Cable (Showtime, HBO, etc.), Netflix and Streaming * HD Televisions in each room * Extra 1/2 bathroom located on the stairs 3rd Floor loft includes the following: * Queen Size Bed with lots of pillows and clean sheets * Central HVAC blows cold in summer and warm in the winter, * Added Window Unit available. However most people end up not using it. * Great natural lighting during the day, Black out curtain in case you want to sleep in * Recessed lights, Desktop lamps * Mini fridge in room for small stuff and your convenience (Mini Fridge left unplugged but can be requested to be plugged in before your arrival) (Also feel free to use main fridge in the downstairs kitchen as well) * Free WiFi accessible around the entire house and 3rd floor loft * Queen size Sofa bed to relax * HD Television * Desk area with pens and paper with adjustable iron stool * Large open closet with natural light * Iron provided to make sure you can get the wrinkles out after unpacking * Very clean "open" bathroom area * Access to extra 1/2 bathroom located downstairs if needed * Large stand-up shower with Shampoo, Conditioner and body soap * Lots of towels to dry off and towels to use for washing body Guest access To access the home, you first enter the outside gate (access code req.) then you would walk to the back of the property and enter the house though the rear entrance off the 2nd floor deck. A door code will be provided. 2 Parking space available behind gate if needed. You can also park on street. Other things to note * Property is located near a freeway, guess who are sensitive to noise should be aware * For 3rd Floor: Guests must use a narrow spiral staircase to enter room so the space is not suitable for those with mobility issues * For 3rd Floor: As seen in the pictures, the in room bathroom is an open model design and there is no actual door to the bathroom. For parties of 2 this may be an issue for you. However, there is a half bath located downstairs for privacy. * 24/7 Surveillance Cameras outside all areas of property * Property is gated with access code for "walk in" and "drive in" (Long term guests can receive a gate remote, short term must walk in gate and use code to open the drive in gate) * Parking also available on the street Registration Details STR-2025-001019
