The space My home is so simple, it is very cozy place. ~ Fully furnished, 64.5 sqm ~ Master bedroom has queen size bed, airconditioner, built in cabinet with balcony ~ Relaxing balcony ~ Second bedroom has single bed with double size futon bed ~ Living room have 2 stand fans ~ Sofa, 54 inches flat smart tv ~ Fast internet connection upto 50mbps ~ Kitchen has refrigerator, electric stoves, microwave oven, electric kettle, rice cooker and kitchen utensils ~ Four seater dining table ~ Bathroom has shower heater ~ Clean bath towels Nearby: ~ 100m distance to market ~ waltermart ~ sm sucat ~ 15 mins drive to airport ~ 20 mins drive to big casinos Guest access ~ Kindly message the names of all guest list after confirmed booking for your temporary QR IDs to be presented and used during your stay. ~ Swimming pool is only free for the unit owners and registered dependents. ~ Guest must pay 200/head/day. ~ Thursday is the pool cleaning schedule so it is closed. ~ Saturdays and Sundays and holidays only registered dependents are allowed. ~ Gym is not accessible for unit owners only. Other things to note Please do video before and after checkin and checkout for proof of nondamage or losses... damages can be charge accordingly.
