No motorcycles, The genuine log cabin is very spacios, about 2500 square feet and located on a secluded 4 acres. It has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a Jacuzzi tub, and a very nice, well equipped kitchen. There is seating and a comfortable hammock located on the wrap around porch. The cabin also comes equipped with a portable JBL Bluetooth speaker that plays music from your phone. The cabin is located centrally near all major attractions. The cabin is NON SMOKING, very clean and well maintained. The property located on one of the highest elevations in the county and offers excellent STARGAZING at night. For your security the entry lock is randomly changed after each stay. There is also a huge fire pit for you use. Pets must be appoved in advance and a $25 per pet, per stay upcharge will be applied. Additionally, all bedding, comforters , towels. ect. are washed in the sanitize mode upon every rental. The cabin is completely sanitized before each stay. A portion of the rental income is donated to the all volunteer Wolfe County Search and Rescue Team which not only services the Red River Gorge, but all Kentucky. So far over $7500.00 has been donated to the team. Cabin has very fast fiber optic internet. Sorry no TV and you will have to find another way to enjoy your stay. Plenty of parking. Cabin also includes property across Big Andy Ridge Road , which is a perfect overlook of terrain which includes Muir Valley. At night is is also an ideal spot to stargaze. It is one of the highest elevations in Wolfe County and very few lights to distract the view. Best way to get around is having your own vehicle. House Rules 1. Maximum number of guests is six. There is a $60 charge per guest, per night for guests exceeding (6). 2. Guests must identify the make and model of each vehicle that will be parked at property 3. SMOKING is not permitted in the HOUSE 4. Pets must be approved by property management in advance. Certain types of pets may be prohibitived. Addition charges ($25 per stay,per night) . A pet deposit may apply 5. Bag all trash and tie shut. Leave trash bagged and sealed inside cabin 6. Please remove shoes when entering cabin. The gravel from the driveway scratches floor 7. No ATV's, large vehicles, trailers or motorcycles 8. House is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything down toilet that you did not eat or drink. Except toilet paper. 9. Management provides toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, sanitizer and cleaning supplies. 10. Place dirty towels in washing machine at checkout. Do not wash. Leave bedding on beds. 11. The Central alarm system has been disabled during your stay, but upon request can be activated and used by guests. 12. Management does not require a cleaning deposit and expects guests to leave property reasonably as clean as it was at check in. Management reserves right to charge a reasonable cleaning fee if property is left otherwise. 13. No grilling allowed under porch (fire hazard), but a stand-alone outdoor grill is provided. 14. A large fire pit has recently been added. I furnish a small amount of fire wood, more available for sale a few houses down the street. I suggest you bring fire starter, available at most stores like Lowe’s, home depo ect. It will make like much easier unless you are an experienced fire starter 14. Please place used cooking oil or grease in a glass jar which is located on the kitchen sink. Please do not pour grease down any drain 15. Do not place hot pans on wood counter top.
