Welcome to a cozy, spacious private bedroom, with adjacent private bathroom. The house is an one story home, very clean and nice decorated, located in Lawrenceville, GA. Quiet neighborhood, with easy access to major highways I-85, Hwy 316, minutes from downtown Lawrenceville, and about 35 - 40 minutes NE of Atlanta downtown, close to restaurants, parks, shopping, GA Mall, Coolray Field(Gwinnet Braves) Gwinnet Medical Center, Gwinnett Techical College, and Georgia Gwinnett College. The space Very clean, comfortable, nice decorated, spacious, next to main entrance of the house. Nice furnishing includes one comfortable Queen bed, night stand, dresser, 2 large closets, work/computer desk. Also, ceiling fan light fixture, table lamp, TV , cable(Charter), and Wi- Fi, mini fridge and microwave. Ironing table and iron also available for your convenience. Room temperature to be adjusted as desired from one of the two house thermostats servicing this room. Guest access The room(private), bathroom(private),living room, kitchen, eating nook( common spaces), parking spot reserved for 1 car, near the main entrance of the house. The room is also featuring a keyed entry door, for your privacy, and convenience. During your stay While we are home most of the time we also trying to provide our guests most privacy needed. We also, are very glad to answer questions , help with directions, and/or have conversational time whenever possible, at the guests initiative. Other things to note Wi-fi available, computer desk, TV in room, Tv cable. We provide snacks and bottled water, as well as breakfast (milk, cereal, coffe, tea, bagels, peanut butter, jelly)for the convenience of your stay. Our guests can also use the fridge to get water and/or ice, and to store their own favorite food in packed, closed containers, unopened cans, etc. NO open food/drinks recipients to be stored in the fridge. Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, and silverware available and located in the kitchen, to be used as desired. While we expect our guests to leave the kitchen area in a clean , orderly state, after each use, there is no need to do dishes or silverware. Please, just dropp them in the sink, after discharging any food leftovers. Bath towels, face towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer available and located in the bathroom storage area. Towels to be replaced as needed. Washer and dryer available for use by guests booking minimum of 2 weeks stay. Keyed entry room door. Additionally, of our 2 living rooms, you can watch your favorite channels, sports, movies or shows in the one located next to main entrance, on larger TV, while sitting on comfortable sofas.
