The space The building management company has a small total of 12 apartments, a well-maintained elevator 4-story building. The apartment is through the house, on the other side there is a sea view, the other shows a quiet interior block. The apartment is on two floors, the third floor and the roof floor. On the third floor there is a hallway, a kitchen with furnishings, a bedroom and a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a hot tub, and a utility room. On the fourth rooftop floor, a spacious living room with an open fireplace, a cozy sauna with an electric stove, and a sea view from the ceiling window. The apartment has a comfortable parking space right in the parking garage next to the house - 20 m from the front door. Equipment We have well equipped our two-story city home. Basic equipment includes bedding, towels, and a complete set of dishes. In the kitchen, coffee and kettles, all the necessary pots, and the appropriate amount of spices and oils. On each floor of the apartment there are well-equipped bathrooms, on the ground floor there is a hot tub and a sauna upstairs. Everything you need for a little luxury vacation. After the sauna, you can relax with the offer of the library of the apartment, which is closest to English literature about culture, destinations, art. The group also can accommodate decks and other treats from decades ago. While this home doesn't have a balcony, you only have a few minutes to get to the seaside where you can enjoy the ocean surroundings, next to nice restaurants, and peak fish markets, here you can get fresh fishermen's catches on Saturdays, even when smoked. For the information of the hard fishermen, it's just like in Finland. The location of the seaside and the Old Town are very close. The Old Town and the seaside are roughly the same distance to both; about 200 meters. The Finnish ship is a kilometer to the apartment. Trams run about 100 meters away. The location is ideal because this offers the opportunity to do anything. You can watch art in Kumu and enjoy Kadriorg Park. Old Town services are right next door. At its simplest, you can take a little tour of this beautiful city for a couple of euros. If you come in your own car, you'll get tips from outside Tallinn about markets, restaurants, and cozy driving routes.
