Located in Spring (North Houston): Large 2-story home in a nice, wooded subdivision, on a quiet cul-de-sac; The furnishings have a beachy feel with tropical and subtle religious art.; leather reclining furniture; piano; 2 living/reading/study rooms; 2 dining areas; 15 min. to Exxon; 25m to The Woodlands: 25-40min. to downtown (Sorry, NO Metro Busses) The space This is a house-share where the atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful; refrigerator and freezer space; Front and back porches; driveway or curb parking; trustworthy cleaning lady who comes every 2 weeks for deep cleaning and extra bathroom scouring. Guest access Full house, kitchen, and laundry privileges Backyard patio and BBQ Grill A large and very nice subdivision swimming pools in the summer. During your stay I'm the homeowner and live here as well. I'm busy but I'm happy to help. I'm usually available for questions, etc. Communication by phone, text, or face to face is super important so I look for guests who will let me know right away, what they need, or if something isn't to their satisfaction. I want my guests to have the best stay possible!!
